Few days ago, Fabian Baker came back from his training camp. He was trying to improve his pedalling technique in sprints. He did some progress but the Team's trainer noticed that Baker can't do any more. He also tried to work with Baker on other things but it also showed that Fabian has probably reached his final potential. The Team's management hoped that Baker will be the Team's leader some day but his skills showed that it rather won't occur... So, for now, Bergmann will still be the best demoLOLisher in the squad (and also the best Swiss rider!) as Baker is going to be his lead-out.
As Bergmann is getting older, the Team has to find some young talent (Baker was the chance...) to stay competitive. Again.

His potentials are really nice but as you noticed - his age could be a little problem for me. I'm going to buy some rider, then sell Chmiel (Baker is going to replace him) and buy another rider or train the one I'll find (depends on what his potentials will be). Now I'm a bit tied as I have only 9 riders.
Uh oh, tough luck. Hopefully you can find a new talent!
Btw I was about to sell this guy if you want him, the only catch is he is 26
